we need another center, maybe walker, dont know but dont like delaney there

Agree with this, which means my team posed above has changed a bit.

Deleny has a future in the back row imo. He is a great tackler, strong ball runner, but seems to find himself out of position at times. I think he likes tackling too much....alot of the time he ends up in defending in the middle of the field.

Also, i'd like some more speed in our backs. Walker has plenty, and it mite be worth a try to get him closer to the ball

Ideally would like a good utility at 17. Cooper can play centre, so when required a backline shuffle is easy enough, but beyond that. Can Lewis play centre or hooker? His defense probably isn't up to it. O'dwyer didn't really go well out of position this year even though Carty tried him as a utility.

I like Mini as a lock, then we can get some more size to partner Frank, I liked Enahoro's attack in the wizard cup this year. Now we have a much bigger, and probably an even more mobile pack if everyone's healthy. I'd be tempted even to move Bailey to the back row the way he's been playing, if he could kick we'd have a monstrous 5/8th .

Lewis of course is reserve half, I wish he fit in, he's worth a couple of tries in attack. Both Walkers and Bowen if used add good speed to an otherwise sluggish backline, and I'd use Nat Barnes in the inevitable event of backline injuries. Also on the fringe, Henderson and Graham.

It'll be easier to pick once the attrition starts.

On what i saw of Brenton Bowen last season he will need to improve vastly to break the first team,Shannon Walkers time will come,maybe ease him in after a few games.Good call by an earlier poster regarding Chris? Enaharo from the Seagulls,looked very good every time i saw him and if he carries on improving may well force his way into Cartys plans at some stage.Hopefully Mathers will make a full recovery and get some games under his belt,he was just starting to settle before his injury.

I honestly can't see this happening, but think bailey's mobility would make room for 3 front rowers and would love to see him running out wide. Extra forward grunt, which i think we lacked last year.[/COLOR]

I too am of the theory that now we have some good size up front, Bailey can be used as a powerfull fringe player and not have to take the full load of the pack.
