Although Adam Mogg gave the home side an early lead, Hull hit back with tries from Danny Tickle and Tommy Lee.
Luke Quigley and David Ferriol kept the Dragons in the game in the first half while Gareth Raynor went over for Hull.
But the visitors were the stronger after the break with Richard Horne, Matt Sing and Tickle putting the result beyond doubt.

Hull coach Peter Sharp:
"Every win is a key win and as far as I am concerned, if Hull can keep on winning from now, we can make the play-offs."
Catalans captain Stacey Jones:
"We do some good things but cannot keep going. When we score a try, we rest a bit instead of carrying on with the job.
"It is the little things which are killing us at the moment and we certainly hope to put that right against Wigan."
