Copley Dream Becoming Farfetched?

Recent rumours of open market player Dale Copley are that he is close to a deal with the Sydney Roosters, who have apparently offloaded marquee centre Michael Jennings to the Parramatta Eels. Although this is not for sure, it has been spoken of highly by many. New information on the Copley saga is set to drop tonight as said by Courier Mail journalist Chris Garry. Chris has told me on Twitter that it looks as if Copley will sign with Roosters, but Titans are still a chance.
Whatever this new info on Copley may bring tonight, we still have much to look forward to in player signings after Neil Henry revealed we have 3 to 4 outside backs and fronts incoming.

no offence to Henry but im beginning to think he is all talk. I doubt there are any players even remotely GC bound

Sounds about right. Dunno why the Chooks would offload Jennings for Copley. Copley's good, don't get me wrong. But Jennings would have to be the better option for them this year at least. TBH, the only outstanding feature for Copley over Jennings would be his age. Otherwise Jennings blitzes him in every other area.

I think the article mentioned they are supposedly doing it to free up money to keep Cordner. Either that or Journos are just making stuff up for click bait for the offseason.

That makes sense. I don't understand how this rumour got out then, surely something bust be happening behind our backs. After all, Copley and Jennings do share the same manager.
