He inherited a nsw cup quality team at parra( at best) and cleaned the decks, released all the has Beens and terrible players, signed some very good players in important positions and without a doubt left the eels in a much better place than they were before he arrived. 4. We wait for... What? Ricky to turn the raiders into something special? Which is exactly what he's doing. Since he's arrived we have released/ dropped players on our roster that should of been dropped 5 years ago. Have signed some of the best signings in the whole NRL for 2015 in key positions that we desperately needed to upgrade. The culture has improved 10 fold... Sisa Waqa came out a few weeks ago saying the culture at the raiders is as good as if not better than the Melbourne Storm, which is a huge achievement after the Dugan and ferguson days. Ricky has improved the club off the field big time and also on it. He has built a roster that could push for premierships as early as next year and he has only been at the raiders for 2 minutes. There has even articles from sydney journos and Philip Gould about how Ricky is re-building the raiders and how much he has already turned them around in such a short time. You're obviiusly too thick headed, added with the fact you're probably 12 years old you cant realise any of this. How are manly going you wanker?
