Former South Tweed Bears junior and TSS First XV star Jai Whitbread proved again that he has an big NRL future after his 55 minutes on the field this afternoon when he ran for 94 metres, 23 post contact and had an impressive tackling efficiency of 96.55% on his way to making 28 tackles.

Our young forward star Moeaki Fotuaika was great again today and surely will be back in the starting side soon.
In his 55 minutes on the field he ran for 132 metres, a team leading 38 of which where post contact and also made 30 tackles at a tackling efficiency of 93.75%.
Titans linked Xavier Tauaifaiga started in the centres and scored his 8th try of the U13 Division One season yesterday in Round Eleven for Helensvale as they defeated Runaway Bay 68-0.
He then backed up to play his 3rd U14 Division One match.
Titans linked Ziah Piggott scored his 11th try of the Group One U15 season on Saturday scoring for Kyogle as they went down 24-18 to Clarence Coast.

Talented Clarence Coast youngster Tyrelle Waters was on the score sheet yet again in Round Ten on the weekend scoring a hat trick as Clarence Coast defeated Kyogle 68-0 in Round Ten of the Group One U13 competition.
Big strong forward Levi Liuvaie-Tomai scored his second GCRL U18 Division One try of the season in Round Eleven on the weekend for Helensvale as they defeated Tugun 50-6.
A week after his Hastings Deering’s Colts debut for Tweed Heads, Lachlan Watt started at five eight for Tugun and was their sole try scorer in their 50-6 Round Eleven U18 Division One loss to Helensvale.
Reece Warburton continued his stellar U14 Group One season on Saturday scoring two tries and kicking as many goals for Clarence Coast as they defeated Kyogle 26-18.
In seven matches this season Reece Warburton has scored 74 points already from thirteen tries and 11 goals.
Runaway Bay U14 Division One fullback Andrew Brennan made it 14 tries from just ten matches this season when he scored a double for the Seagulls as they defeated Helensvale 26-16 in Round Eleven over the weekend.

In his first Queensland Cup match for a year and his first for Tweed Heads, Brent Woolf started in hooker in Round Eighteen against the Central Queensland Capra’s playing forty eight minutes.
In that time, Brent Woolf ran for seventy metres (eleven post contact), had a try and line break assist, broke two tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 4.01 seconds and made twenty two tackles at a 91.67% tackling efficiency.
Brent Woolf played the 2018 season with the Townsville Blackhawks in the Queensland Cup even though he was still eligible for the Colts competition. The former Brisbane Broncos NYC player moved north after playing for the Broncos NYC side in 2017 and also two Queensland Cup matches for the Wynnum Manly Seagulls.
Brent Woolf came into the 2018 Townsville Blackhawks Queensland Cup side in Round Three and went on to play in seventeen matches starting the majority from the interchange bench and scoring two tries including one against his father’s team being Tweed Heads in Round Five in Townsville.
In 2018 Brent Woolf ran for 808 metres, kicked for 240 metres, forced two drop outs, had four try assists, seven offloads and made 360 tackles at a tackling efficiency of 89.89%.

In 2017 in the Holden Cup with the Brisbane Broncos Brent Woolf played in nine matches before injury struck. In Round Six against the Sydney Roosters Brent Woolf ran for 74 metres from just seven carries and in seven of his nine matches Brent Woof made in excess of twenty tackles in a match including making 32 tackles with just two missed tackles in a Round Twelve match against the New Zealand Warriors, those 32 tackles came in just 53 minutes.
Brent Woolf prior to his NYC debut in 2017 had a distinguished junior rugby league career with some of his achievements being starting at hooker for Queensland U16’s in 2014 and Queensland U18’s in 2016.
Brent Woolf was also named in the Australian U15 Order of Merit side after the 2013 ASSRL Championships where be represented Queensland U15 School Boys. Prior to moving up to Brisbane to play for the Brisbane Broncos Brent Woolf was a standout performer for the Mudgeeraba Red Backs in the Gold Coast Junior Rugby League competition.
