Manly Sea Eagles vs Melbourne Storm
Brookvale Oval, Saturday 26th May; 5:30PM

Referee: Shayne Hayne

Team Notes:

Sea Eagles

Des Hasler has picked an almost full strength line-up to face the Melbourne Storm on Saturday. The only player not available for selection is Steve Menzies who is still battling a groin injury.
Storm
The Storm will welcome back five State-of-Origin players into the team who were unavailable for selection last Saturday night against the Roosters.

Matt King returns to the centres in place of Will Chambers, while Matt Geyer returns to his customary wing position with number the six jersey given back to Greg Inglis.

Brett White has been named to partner Ben Cross in the front row in the run-on side; Cam Smith replaces the impressive James Aubusson at hooker; and Antonio Kaufusi has been named to start in the backrow.

Israel Folau will start on the interchange bench while Aubusson has been named as 18th man.http://rebelsport.com.au/data/pages/categories/images/NRL_13.gif

This one is gunna be a cracker of a game with at least 40 or more points being scored between the two. I will be on my way to the Titans v Rabbits and will miss it. Might drop into the golf club (Emerald Lakes) and see if they have it on tele. Has anyone been there before the game for drinks and to they have Foxtel? Haven't play golf there since it was a goat track, must have a hit there one day.

Brutal knock on Slater receiving Tagatese's knee to the head at top speed. Wouldn't be surprised if he broke his cheek, eye socket or jaw or all 3.

Nasty, nasty broken leg for George Rose. Can't say much more than that.

Well while disappointed that Melbourne lost & not impressed with their start to the game (& while it pains me to say it), 'Congrats' to the Manly club & its' supporters. They played the better 'ball & I think they deserve their spot on the ladder. Hasler is becoming quite the NRL coach & has the 'Eagles firing well on all cylinders. They definitely deserve to be the slight favourites to win the competition this year...
