For all those in Parramatta ATM

Hey all

At work so have to keep this short, but for all those who are currently in the Parramatta CBD, they are re-opening Church Street mall to traffic and to celebrate, they have NRL mascots.

The mascots Sparky the Eel, Brutus the Bulldog and Penrith's mascot... along with from I could see around back the Tigers one too... are all there and you can get a photo with them.

I have some photos of them, none with them, which I will post up later... :)

So yeah, get down there, the cutting of the ribbon is at 1:50pm so I expect they'll be there till around 2.

God, I'm not gonna know myself if I ever get back to Sydney! Mind you, I can remember Parramatta years ago before they closed off Church St, and believe me, you took your life into your hands crossing Church St! But that was so long ago, I can't imagine traffic there again now. Freaky! All we need now is for Juicy Lucy to start hanging around near Parramatta Station again and it will be just like old times!
