GC White CC beat Wynnum CC
And Wynnum MM beat a Gold Coast 17s development side. 17s put up a good fight playing against older players.

Big E was looking very anxious at training last night (Mudgee) because he's not allowed to train with us until after the 1st MM game, Emry has been well protected in the past over indiscretions on & off the field & this is where he needs to repay the people who have faith in him....

I have 2 tips, Green by 10 & Emry won't run anywhere near E

I'd be very surprised if Ethan plays... surely his knee isn't 100%.. big risk for game one. They would be better off resting then they have the bye and then using him on the trip to melbourne

i really need to get down to some local games. can you enlightened ones tell me where the good stuff is at?

I played for mudgee in its foundation under 12 team in 1992 (Fullback extraordinaire, long before it was popular), and made a comeback in 2007 odd as a 27 year old winger, in the last year before they became hinterland storm. played A grade, won a derby against Nerang, and scored a couple of Meatie's versus Currumbin.

so Mudgee is close to the heart. tell me when and where.

Agree with Titan Pete's comments if Emery Pere can sort himself out, he is an amazing talent, wish him and all of the young blokes the best both on and off the field

That's good news for Whites. Definitely add some starch to the forward pack. I wonder how Keanu went with judiciary last night. The forward battle of this MM game is going to be epic. To very powerful and skillful forward packs.

I think the difference in the two sides will be GL.

Also very surprised Konrad Edwards wasn't name for CC White.

I'm keen on seeing how the Victorian side goes because if you look at their squad you could be forgiven for thinking you are reading a Warriors team sheet..................does anyone have any info on any of the players, i did notice they were beaten in their last trial but it was probably against an older squad.

Haha TP I thought exact same thing last night when I seen the squads. Will be very interesting to see how they go against redcliffe this weekend. I'd say they would be half decent with the Storm having some sort of input into their program similar to here on the coast.

Whites won in both games.
CC white was 20-20 with a couple minutes to go. Whites scored to win.

MM White Won 19-16. No Ethan for whites. And no GL or AJ Brimson for Green.

Tyrone Davis was good for Whites as was Sam Elliott. For Green Caleb Williams was good. Very scrappy game in MM lots of penalties.

It was a solid game but too many penalties from dumb play mm Green have poor disapline giving away stupid penalties all game they also lost Vito after about 5 minutes & Brent Woolf took it upon himself to try & win it on his own & they wouldn't have scored a point without him but in the 2nd half he got too much "White line Fever" which is the worst part of his game, agree 100% with Renegades best players on the park, Williams speed is awesome when he runs that back line play.

Sam Elliot & Tyson were very good for the whites & Sam Clark who played the last 20 was very saving a certain try late in the 2nd half.

Both teams will be much better for the run

Ethan hurt his knee at training & luckily for him he was found out before warm up & taken out of the squad

Seeing Caleb Williams in full flight was awesome. The try off the scrum was something short of amazing. He does remind me of a miniature Greg Inglis.

Redcliffe always seem to post highlights, when are one of the GC teams playing them?

Also, is Apiata Noema's future in the centres or 2nd row?

RenegadeGC

Greens play Redcliffe this weekend at Dolphin Park on Saturday. I think. Api future lies in the forwards how ever he has the speed to still play centre's he's like a Konrad Hurrell.

Thanks for the clip mate Api is looking very strong & i've seen him play for about the past 3 or 4 years when he went to Burliegh where he was always a centre..how times have changed for him but from the highlights Jai Whitbread looked really strong, he will make it barring injuries , also thought AJ played the best i've ever seen of him.

Caleb Williams could be back later this year but definitely will be right for 2016.

Victoria are included in the cc and mm cup. And play home and away. Our whites traveled to Melbourne last weekend. They were supposed to be in the nsw Harold mats and sg ball comp but it fell through. So rather than not let them play. Nrl and qrl included them in their comp so as to further their development.

Also Neil Henry was there and spoke about the Titans and the future of the club was interesting to hear. He spoke of LG re-signing and him playing on the left edge next year with DCE on the right and also the development of Parkwood home base. Was a great insight and to hear him talk about the club.
