Hi, my suggestion would be to go to the game when the Titans play Parra Eels on Easter Sunday.....that's only a few weeks away.
Only a half hour down the M4 from Penrith and you're there! There's plenty of free parking behind the stadium in Parramatta Park if you haven't been there before too. I'm sure you could catch the boys training before the game....the "away"team usually uses the oval next to the ground, or after the game if you want to hang around.
