Southern Legion Round 24: ROOSTERS vs TITANS (Away Game)
In another typical Sydney winter's night of rain and freezing cold, the Titans blew the puff out of the Dragons last night with a 11-10 win in golden point extra time. Our hero, Matty Rogers kicked the winning field goal in the final minute to draw a final silence to the feral Dragons crowd!!! Actually, it was silence from them most of the night as it seems the Dragons fans only know how to boo. It was wonderful to watch them leave their home ground - they were definitely sore losers.
Lovely to meet some more Titans fans around the grounds, including Greg, Mandi, Brett, Melinda, Jean and Sarah and their crew. We hope to have you join the Southern Legion at future games now that you know about us! ;)

Next Southern Legion game: Roosters v Titans (Monday night, 23 August) The Titans second last round game for the year is against the Roosters. We need to get as many Titans fans out there as possible to cheer our boys on in their run for the hotly contested finals spots. So put this in your diary now and make an effort to come! Most of you have experienced the traditional fun we've had against the Roosters so it's time to come out and SUPPORT THE TEAM!
Kickoff: 7pm
Venue: SFS
Southern Legion meeting spot: Bay 38 (General admin) [Please note there is an "away supporters bay" in Bay 37 that is on Ticketek but it may not be in use. Prices for this away bay are greater than the GA - so I recommend that you buy GA tix and go to Bay 38, and we can move to Bay 37 on the night if we feel we want to]
