Titans brave for World's Greatest Shave
Adam Gardini
Jetstar Gold Coast Titans duo Luke O'Dwyer and Sam Tagataese today braved the shave all in the name of raising funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
O'Dwyer has been a regular participant in the World's Greatest Shave over the past decade, with the Titans utility helping to raise important funds and awareness for the Leaukaemia Foundation after losing his younger brother, Ryan, to the disease 11 years ago.
However, today's gesture was a new one for long-haired Titans forward Tagataese, who had been growing his hair for three years straight before today taking the plunge and shaving his head completely.
The shave occurred at Sea FM's studio in Southport this morning as part of a joint-promotion with the radio station.
