Just looking at that draw, i dont think we could have got a better one.

2 of the bigger packs in Bulldogs and Warriors we only play once, and they are both at home.

We get Storm at home with there stars out.
Broncos second game while they are in there yearly slump.
and the Eels once away, before they have gained momentum.

I am putting some money on a top 4 finish, i want this comp to start right now

I'm a fan of the draw we have gotten ourselves. A bit of a tough run home but hopefully we will have all hands on deck by that time, we will be a lot stronger next year and have a lot more depth.

Brisbane and Cowboys did not put in a request for game this year. Both teams supported the QRL plans to celebrate 100 years of Rugby League in Queensland during round 3.

The Broncos vs Cowboys game will be back in round one in 2009.

Titans to play Cowboys on opening night '08!!

The NRL have today released the scheduling details for the first five rounds of the 2008 NRL Telstra Premiership.



The Jetstar Gold Coast Titans will play the North Queensland Cowboys on the opening night of the season - Friday the 14 March at 7.30pm. The match also doubles as the official opening of the Jetstar Titans new home ground - Skilled Park.



The Titans will then travel to Woollongong to play the Dragons in Round 2's installment of Monday Night Football, before returning home for a two game the against the Sharks (Saturday 29th March at 8.30pm) and then the Raiders (Saturday April 5 - 6.30pm).

I'm getting a bit confused about these times.

Apparently Broncos v Panthers is at 1pm to coincide with the other sunday arvo games which kick off at 2pm Sydney time, so shouldn't our friday night game be kicking off at 6:30 if they're going down that road?

Love the draw but once again there isn't a home game on the weekend I will be on the Gold Coast for our annual cricket club booze-a-thon :(

Much better for us Sydney supporters this year though with Parra,rabbitohs, roosters,tigers,sharks,eagles games all fairly easy to get to and I may even trek up the F3 for the Knights game!!!

I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
