Former Western Australian youngster Jaquan Mahu has moved over to the Gold Coast and started Round One of the GCRL U16 Division One competition in the bench for Runaway Bay in their 38-16 win over Mudgeeraba.
In 2018 Jaquan Mahu played in the Western Australian U15 competition for the Ellenbrook Rabbitohs and in his seven matches scored against the Freemantle Roosters, playing primarily in the centres.
In 2018 Jaquan Mahu was part of the Western Australian U15 school boy side that played in the U15 ASSRL Emerging States competition, scoring on Day One against Victoria and also scoring on Day Four against the Northern Territory.
Also in 2018 he played in two club rugby matches in the WA U15 rugby competition, starting both matches for Perth Bayswater.
