    Former Western Australian youngster Jaquan Mahu has moved over to the Gold Coast and started Round One of the GCRL U16 Division One competition in the bench for Runaway Bay in their 38-16 win over Mudgeeraba.

    In 2018 Jaquan Mahu played in the Western Australian U15 competition for the Ellenbrook Rabbitohs and in his seven matches scored against the Freemantle Roosters, playing primarily in the centres.

    In 2018 Jaquan Mahu was part of the Western Australian U15 school boy side that played in the U15 ASSRL Emerging States competition, scoring on Day One against Victoria and also scoring on Day Four against the Northern Territory.

    Also in 2018 he played in two club rugby matches in the WA U15 rugby competition, starting both matches for Perth Bayswater.

    Ballina’s Domenic Lisetto made his NRRRL Reserve Grade debut over the weekend in Round Four, he has also played in the four rounds of the NRRRL U18 competition this season, scoring against Casino RSM.

    Burleigh Hastings Deering’s Colts squad member Latrelle Howe had a big match in Round Five of the GCRL U20 competition scoring a hat trick from five eight in Burleigh’s 60-12 win over Southport.

    Recently Latrelle Howe was also selected in the Gold Coast Vikings U20 side for the South East Queensland U20 Challenge.

    Ballina Coast High School (the Titans have a partnership with the school) student Kuyan Roberts-Laurie was busy again on the weekend playing in both the NRRRL U18 and First Grade matches. The First Grade match was his third through the opening four rounds.

    Earlier this month Kuyan Roberts-Laurie was named Ballina Coast’s best forward in a big win against Kingscliff High School.

    Casino RSM fullback (and Keebra Park) Lachlan West continues to perform well in the U18 NRRRL competition, in Round Four on the weekend he scored a try and kicked two goals as Casino defeated Lower Clarence 24-22. He now has 32 points through four matches from two tries and twelve goals.

    Lower Clarence second rower Cooper Many continues to be an intriguing prospect and was one of Lower Clarence’s try scorers in Round Four of the U18 NRRRL competition in their two point loss to Casino RSM.

    Byron Bay half Malachi Roberts continues to enhance his reputation in the U18 NRRRL competition, and on the weekend in Round Four added a try and a goal to his 2019 points tally ,unfortunately his side went down 26-10 to Cudgen.

    Izayah Petricevich who was part of the Titans U13 side that defeated the Western Mustangs in February at Mudgeeraba started a hooker for Nerang in Round One of the GCRL U13 Division One competition on the weekend, unfortunately the Roosters went down 26-6 to Ormeau.

    In the Titans Schoolboy Cup competition last night Forest Lake State School defeated St Michael’s 44-4. The Forest Lake rugby league program is coming along very well.

    QSSRL U15 Championships start today at Ipswich with South Coast taking on Met North this afternoon. Quite a few Titans contracted players in South Coat plus others in Met East and Met West

    Titans contracted Orlando Swain and his Norths Ipswich team mates were successful last weekend in Round One of the Ipswich U16 competition 34-22 against the Fassifern Bombers with Orlando Swain scoring in the win.
