What positions does the club need to focus on for recruiting?

We have a good side..we just need the horrible injury runs and the horrible team selection of Zillman to stop from happening in the future.

Yep we definitely need Hunt or DCE (very unlikely) to control our team around the park. No way will we win a comp with Srama, Sezer, Kelly and Mead as our spine.

To win the comp or even be competitive.... we need to recruit real talent at 1, 6, 7 and maybe 9.

I think srama if he can get fit and stay fit COULD be a good enough 9.

To save some money to bring in real quality at 1, 6 and 7.

Agree with the boys you have mentioned & I would add Zac Spring to the list , he has played well all season.

I believe we need to throw the bank at a marque player DCE would be no1 but I'd settle for Cronk , Boyd or KHunt are not marque players...

Agree with PETE here. Throw the bank at DCE and build a team around him. He would be worth every cent on and off the field. If not DCE then Cronk. Cronk as he could do the same but we would only get a year or two out of him. Once he retires keep him around to help the players on / off the field.

Need to give Sezer and Srama more time. Kelly is an outside back or fullback in my opinion, I'd love to see him given an extended run at left centre after an off-season training there. If we have fully fit squad we can compete with anyone when the selections are right. An excellent half would be great. Let's see what the off-season brings as I'm sure there will be movement.

I think we all need to take a bit of deep breath and accept we are not going to just buy a spine and win a premiership.
IMO Henry will whittle down some egos and reward effort rather than reputation. I don't expect to see a few guys going around next season, at least not in the starting 17.
Don, I like kfl. Can Henry get something good out of Taylor at left centre? Better than Taka.
Mead FB. He has an off season to train there, no problem.
Sezer/Morts, halves sorted and we have a kicker. Just pick a frigging hooker.
If we can't put a pack together don't bother turning up for round 1. Carter to lock, young fit and hungry. And aggressive.

Just play a settler year in 2015, let everyone's head settle. No one knows who is who in the zoo, just too much shuffling this year. I'd be happy just to see what we can do with what we have and then see where the weak links really are and put out the spot fires.
