I can't stress how important it is to have a quality coaching system in place to transform young prodigies in all positions through to open grade-ready players.

Actually, don't worry Karnage. While I love speculating, it's almost impossible to predict how things will look this far out from the beginning of next season. I'll get back to you in March when the off season comings and goings have settled. I suppose I just have a wish list at this stage which would include the following players getting a good run at the following positions
Mead-FB
Roberts Centre
Srama-Hooker
Myles-Second row
James-Prop
Dean Ray-X Factor champ (already benched)

This is a team that i came up with based on Rumors from various websites.
Rumored Signings- O'Neil, Hoffman, Beale, Ballin.
1. Josh Hoffman/ David Mead
2. Kalifa Faifai Loa / David Mead (If Hoffman is Signed Then I would Have Mead on The Wing or possibly centre over Zillman)
3. James Roberts
4. Justin O'Neil/ William Zillman
5. Anthony Don
6. Aiden Sezer
7. Daniel Mortimer/ Kane Elgey
8. Luke Douglas
9. Matt Ballin/ Matt Srama (Srama Allday over Falloon. Ballin is a dream)
10. Nate Myles
11. Greg Bird
12. David Taylor
13. Paul Carter
--------------------------------------
14. Mark Ioane
15. Ryan James Forward Supremacy on the Bench!!!!!!!!!!
16. Tom Kingston
17. Matt Robinson
--------------------------------------
18. Brad Takairangi (Love him, but don't care if he stays or goes anymore)
19. Lachlan Burr
1. Mead
2. Don
3. Roberts
4. Beale/O'Neill
5. KFFL/O'Neill
6. Sezer
7. Mortimer/Hazard/Elgey/Fogarty
8. Douglas
9. Srama
10. James
11. Myles
12. Taylor
13. Bird
14. Carter
15. Ioane
16. Takairangi
17. Robinson
There are still many unknowns around the club regarding rumoured signings and departures. We have 5 guys shooting it out for 2 half spots, Mead and Zilly fighting for the fullback spot and the rumours of Hoffman, Beale and O'Neill are still floating around. I don't really care who is where in the team just as long as every player plays with pride and effort every single week. This preseason is one I am excited about. Up the Titans 2015!
I might be on the outer here, but currently he would probably be my first choice centre.
Depends on who is FB really, because that could move a few guys around at the back and change our whole 2014 backline structure.
I'd be happy to go with Don and KFL on the wing to free up Mead and Roberts as FB/centre options.

Ioane, seems to bring something that we were lacking from others.

Taylor could be an alright centre but I just think that he is not fit enough for 80mins and he is not quick enough. He is working harder at centre which makes him tired. This often leads to defensive lapses or attacking options being ruined. I think he is better suited to second row where he doesn't need so much pace and fitness.
